No, because it will be difficult for the physician to identify whether the patient's condition is improving under homoeopathic treatment or some other treatment.
Yes, for the disease where patient is already taking allopathic medicines and where there is harmful withdrawal effect on patient's health. In such cases both the medicines can be given simultaneously and slowly-slowly allopathic drugs can be withdrawn.

14 What will happen if more pills are taken than advised or repeated more than advised ?
